Dr. Day Care will notify parents if we need to close, delay opening, or dismiss early. Below is information on how to know if Dr. Day Care is unable to remain open as scheduled:
To do in advance:
Download the Procare: Childcare App
To connect with your child’s site, you will receive an email from Procare with a 10-digit code and instructions for the app. We will use the email address we have on file – if we do not have your preferred email address, please update your child’s record. We will send push notifications and text (SMS) alerts.

Any closures, delays, or dismissals will be posted after after a decision has been made.
During inclement weather:
Check local news channels or RIBA (RI Broadcasters Association) for closures, delays, or early dismissals.
